These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindWhet iOS application and this website (together, the "Service") provided by Vitalijs Teze ("I," "me," or "my").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MindWhet is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores, insights, and correlations are statistical and personal. They are not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Always consult a healthcare professional before changing diet, exercise, fasting, sleep, or supplements based on anything in the Service. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the information.
The Service is intended for people 17 years of age or older. You need a compatible iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later to use the app.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the application except as permitted by law. There is no MindWhet account; you are responsible for the device that holds your data.
You own the personal data you generate in the app. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete local data from Profile. Deleting local data does not remove information already stored in Apple Health or iCloud outside the app container.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Vitalijs Teze and licensors. USDA FoodData Central content used in food search is subject to USDA terms.
Optional Apple Health and iCloud features are provided by Apple under Apple’s terms. Food search queries are sent to USDA FoodData Central. I am not responsible for those services’ availability or policies.
I may stop offering the Service or restrict access if you breach these Terms or if I need to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalijs Teze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including health-related decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
I may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL and changing the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
