What MindWhet is

A privacy-first iPhone app for daily cognitive practice: measure (check-in or a short test), log lifestyle, and inspect statistical associations after enough days. Health analysis runs on your device. There is no MindWhet cloud account.

It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or treatment. Scores and insights are informational. Consult a clinician before changing diet, exercise, fasting, or supplements. Full terms: Terms of Service.

Requires iPhone and iOS 18.5 or later.

Export or delete your data

On the Profile tab:

  • Export data — choose what to include and share a file from the app (for example CSV).
  • Delete local data — erases MindWhet’s database on this iPhone. It does not remove samples already written to Apple Health, or iCloud copies outside the app container.

Deleting the app also removes the local sandbox. HealthKit data stays in Apple Health under your control. Optional iCloud copies can be removed in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Privacy details: Privacy Policy.

Apple Health

Connecting Health is optional. MindWhet can read sleep and workouts and write meals or exercise you log in the app.

To change access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → MindWhet. You can also turn Health sync off in Profile.

Food search

Meal search uses the USDA FoodData Central API. Only the search text you type is sent. Your meal history stays on the device.

Notifications

Fasting-window and reminder alerts are local notifications you control in Profile and iOS Settings. We do not send marketing push from a server.

In-app feedback

Profile → Feedback opens your mail composer to [email protected]. You choose whether to send it. The draft may include generic device wording to help reproduce bugs. It does not attach your health database.
