One reading. One honest log.

MindWhet is a daily instrument, not a dashboard of everything you could track. Measure cognition, log the body, and see patterns only after enough true days. Analysis stays on your iPhone.

The daily practice

Three steps. Nothing to water, nothing to level.

1

Measure

A short check-in (focus, energy, mood) or one objective test: memory, Stroop, reaction time, or task switching.

2

Log

A meal is enough. Sleep, exercise, fasting, supplements, and biomarkers also count. Apple Health can fill sleep and workouts if you allow it.

3

Discover

Insights appear after enough aligned days — statistical associations, not prescriptions. Correlation is not causation.

Three surfaces

Today for the day’s work. Insights when the record is long enough. Profile for settings, export, and erase.

Today

One cognitive reading, the day’s measure-and-log practice, and a quiet map of lifestyle factors. Goals live in Profile, not as a second scoreboard here.

Insights

Pearson and Spearman correlations. A pattern is shown only when there are at least seven aligned days, both methods agree in direction, and |r| is at least 0.3.

Profile

Units, fasting windows, test limits, optional Health and iCloud sync, data export, and delete local data. Education sits on each metric — there is no Learn tab.

How the numbers work

Informational only. Not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment.

Daily score

When you have both tests and a check-in, the day’s score is a 70% objective / 30% subjective blend of that day’s medians. Otherwise it is a simple average. You compare against your own recent baseline — not a population rank. PCA is not used at runtime.

Lifestyle

Sleep and exercise can come from Apple Health. Meals use USDA FoodData Central for search only — the query goes out, your intake does not. Fasting, supplements, ketones, and glucose are yours to log.

Goals

Three kinds: improve versus your 30-day baseline, complete a daily measure target, or keep a streak of days you showed up. There is no custom goal builder for every metric.

MindWhet does not treat, diagnose, or replace a clinician. Always consult a qualified professional before changing diet, exercise, fasting, or supplements.
